Tuition
Lessons are based on a monthly tuition which reserves your child an exclusive weekly time slot in our teaching schedule. Tuition is charged according to the amount of weeks in a month. Payments for lessons are due before the first class of each month. If payments are not received before the first class we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson.
Student Attendance and Absence
1. Students must be punctual for class and need to bring all required materials used in class.
2. Students arriving late will not have their lesson time extended.
3. If a students misses any lesson,there is no refund,credit or make up lesson.
Lesson cancellation
1. please provide at least 24-hours notice to cancel your lesson without being charged. If cancellation notice is provided less than 24-hours, you will be charged for the lesson, no make up lesson. Once private lesson cancellation notice is provided at least 24-hours notice prior to scheduled lesson, we will schedule a makeup lesson but Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled. Each private lesson student can use 1 makeup lesson per month but you cannot accrue your unused makeup lessons.
2. If your teacher is unable to teach a lesson, a substitute teacher will be arranged.The lessons will be cancelled if no substitute teacher can be found. In this case the student will be given a credit for the lesson.
Withdrawal
All tuition fees are non-refundable. The student agrees to provide the Cadenza Academy of music with a 1 week formal notice when withdrawing from lessons. No refund will be issued for any remaining lessons.
School Closures
Please check the school calendar for school holidays and scheduled closures. Statutory Holidays are not included in the monthly tuition fee. The school will be closed and lessons will not be charged.
Photographs and Video
Photographs and Video Photographs and video taken of students at the Cadenza Academy of music may be used for publication and marketing, unless a written request is submitted.
Child Safety
Cadenza Academy of Music is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the end of your child’s lesson time in order to pick up your child promptly.
