The Kawai GL-20 is a highly popular 5'2" (157 cm) Classic Salon Grand Piano manufactured by Kawai. It occupies a vital sweet spot in Kawai’s consumer grand lineup, designed to serve as an upgraded, performance-focused step up from entry-level baby grands.
Crucially, while the smaller GL-10 (5'0") is manufactured in Indonesia, the Kawai GL-20 is built entirely at Kawai's flagship facility in Hamamatsu, Japan. It stands as a premium, high-value alternative to the Yamaha GB1K, Yamaha GC1M, and the Steinway-designed Boston GP-156
